Transcripts Are Built In

InterviewCue generates transcripts for you. Upload your audio through the Manage Assets dialog on your post-production page and InterviewCue automatically produces a high-quality WebVTT transcript with accurate timestamps for every spoken segment -- no extra steps needed. You'll get a notification when it's ready.

If You Already Have a Transcript

Some recording platforms export transcripts directly -- Zoom and Riverside both produce WebVTT or SRT files you can download from your recording dashboard. If you already have a transcript you trust, upload it through Manage Assets instead of generating a new one.

InterviewCue accepts WebVTT (.vtt), SRT (.srt), and JSON (.json) transcript files. Non-VTT formats are converted automatically -- just upload and go.
